The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is one of the nation's leading foreign policy membership organizations. It is dedicated to being a resource to help improve understanding of the foreign policy issues and choices facing the United States and other countries. CFR does this by convening a high volume of events with prominent world leaders, through cutting-edge research, and through publishing the preeminent U.S. foreign policy publication, Foreign Affairs.
The core constituency of CFR is its individual and corporate membership. There are currently over 4,300 individual members and over 200 corporate member companies. The assistant will work as the right hand to the vice president, who heads the individual and corporate membership programs, and develops CFR's international activities.
