Mostly recently director of analysis in the Security and Intelligence Directorate. Previously vice director for intelligence at the U.S. Southern Command and chief of staff for intelligence for Commander Naval Air Forces.
Expertise:Tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence; U.S. national security strategy; U.S. maritime strategy; Latin America; operations in the war on terror.
Experience:Career naval officer with deployments to the Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian Oceans as well as the Mediterranean Sea and Arabian Gulf. Participant in Operation Enduring Freedom.
