Luiz Felipe Lampreia

(Brazil), Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Centro Brasileiro de Relações Internacionais; former Foreign Minister of Brazil

Mr. Lampreia is the vice chairman of the Brazilian Center for International Affairs (CEBRI). He was Brazil's minister of state for foreign relations from 1995 to 2001. He has held a number of government positions, including permanent representative to the international organizations in Geneva (1993-1994), secretary-general of the ministry of foreign relations (1992-1993), and under-secretary general for political affairs (1988-1990).
