Environmental Defense vs. Duke Energy

This Supreme Court decision, the first case regarding climate change, named carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases as air pollutants as defined in the Clean Air Act. The decision authorized the EPA to regulate greenhouse emissions from new automobiles and trucks.
