Annual Report of the CFPB Student Loan Ombudsman

The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act established an ombudsman for student loans within the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which began accepting student loan complaints in March 2012. This report discusses the complaints filed during a year.

The 2012 report covers October 1, 2011, through September 30, 2012.

The 2013 report covers October 1, 2012, through September 30, 2013.
