American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 (H.R. 2454), Proposed

The American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 (ACES), co-sponsored by Representatives Waxman and Markey, would address greenhouse gas emissions with a cap and trade plan.

 

The House of Representatives approved the bill on June 26, 2009. It has not been approved by the Senate.
