Passenger Name Record Data Agreement, United States and EU

This agreement between the U.S. and European Union allows the Department of Homeland Security to utilize passenger name record data to screen and detect "potentially dangerous transatlantic travelers". The 19 categories of data collected include names, telephone numbers and addresses, travel itineraries and hotel/car reservations, and credit card information.
