Bio

Colonel Kathryn Burba joins CFR after being deployed for one year to Afghanistan as the logistics officer for the NATO training Mission. Prior to that she commanded a logistics Company, Battalion and Brigade in the Republic of Korea over three tours. She served as the military aide to the Secretary of the Army and served on the Joint staff twice.

Burba holds a BA from Colorado State University in political science and holds two MA degrees, one in military art and science and another in strategic studies.
