Valerie Post is the Council's Director of Special Events.  Ms. Post instituted and has overseen the Council's Facility Rental Department since 1998. In addition, she is responsible for the coordination of all premiere Council events.                                                                                          Prior to the Council, Valerie was the Director of Off-Premise Catering for the Plaza Hotel and joined the Council after directing Time Magazines 75th Anniversary Gala.                                        Ms. Post has served on the foundation board of Princeton in Africa and is involved with Shoe for Africa as well as the Kuki Gallmann Foundation.
