War Crimes Complaint Against Rumsfeld, et al.

This complaint requests that German authorities open an investigation into possible war crimes by high-level US officials during the war on terror. The 12 plaintiffs represented claim to be victims of torture and were formerly detained at Abu Ghraib prison and Guantanamo. The Center for Constitutional Rights, International Federation for Human Rights, National Lawyers Guild, and the German Republican Attorneys' Association filed the complaint.
