Attorney General: Annual Report to Congress on U.S. Government Activities to Combat Trafficking in Persons

The attorney general of the Department of Justice documents U.S. government's efforts to combat human trafficking in the previous fiscal year, as required by the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000. Other human trafficking reports are produced by the State Department and the United Nations.

For fiscal years 2004 to 2007, the Department of Justice also produced joint annual reports on human trafficking with the Department of State, USAID, Department of Labor, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Health.
