UN Security Council Resolution 1441, Iraq

The resolution gives Iraq final notice to cooperate with UN  inspectors, asking for a declaration of all aspects of programs to develop chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons. The resolution declares Iraq in breach of previous guarantees.
