Iraq Family Health Survey Report, 2006-2007

Published January 2008

This report by the Iraqi government and the World Health Organization surveyed 9345 households in almost 1000 villages and neighborhoods in Iraq. Among its findings was an estimate of the violence-related death toll of Iraqis - 104,000 to 223,000 - during the period of March 2003 - June 2006. The results were also published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
