Oslo Declaration on Cluster Munitions

In this declaration, forty-six nations vowed to create an international instrument by 2008 which would prohibit the production and use of cluster munitions and establish a framework for rehabilitation, education, decontamination, and destruction of stockpiles. The Convention on Cluster Munitions was adopted in 2008 and entered into force in 2010.
