Port Security Task Force Report

A task force of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey assesses port security and offers several recommendations, including sanctioning mandatory cargo security standards, Presidential appointment of a National Port and Cargo Security Director, a nationwide port security user fee, and the establishment of site-specific disaster and recovery plans.
