Matthew Sherman, a former adviser to Iraq's Coalition Provisional Authority, discusses the main challenges facing the newly chosen Interior Minister. In addition to reining in Iraq's sectarian militias, he says, the Interior Minister must curb organized crime as well as the number of car bombs.
