    Letter from Members of Iraqi Parliament to Congress

    Published May 29, 2008

    This letter was "delivered in Arabic to Chairman Bill Delahunt, May 29, 2008...in a public briefing in Chairman Delahunt's Subcommitee on June 4, two Iraqi Parliamentarians....affirmed that this letter was signed by members of the Iraqi Parliament on behalf of parties representing a majority of the 275 members." The letter concerns issues of agreements, withdrawal, and sovereignty between Iraq and the U.S.
