    Published June 9, 2005

In June 2004, the FBI began an investigation into the treatment of detainees by the FBI's own personnel at the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba detention facility. This report concludes that over the three-year period investigated, "only three interrogation acts" were "in violation of interrogation techniques authorized by Army Field Manual 34-52 and DoD guidance". In sum, the report "found no evidence of torture or inhumane treatment at JTF-GTMO".
