The live video will not play.
If you visit the webpage before the meeting begins, you may need to refresh the page to start the live stream by pressing the F5 key or left-clicking the refresh icon in your Web browser. If YouTube is blocked by your service provider or intranet, you will not be able to watch the live stream. Visit YouTube's support page for additional help. The live video keeps freezing while I am watching it.
If the video is not loading properly, your computer may not have enough memory or bandwidth to support the live video stream. Try closing out of other applications and browser windows. Visit YouTube's support page for additional help. If the problem persists, email email@example.com.
The live video is playing, but there is no sound.
You will not hear audio until the moderator begins the meeting. Until then, participants' microphones are muted.
