Arusha Accords

These five accords were signed by the Rwandan government and the Rawandan Patriotic Front (RPF) in Arusha, Tanzania on August 4, 1993. The accords were the result of discussions from July 1992 through July 1993, led by the Organization of African Unity, France, and the United States. The accords intended to end the Rwandan civil war.
