House Foreign Affairs Committee Testimony: “Stopping the Spread of Nuclear Weapons, Countering Nuclear Terrorism: The NPT Review Conference and the Nuclear Security Summit”

These prepared remarks were given at the House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs' hearing on “Stopping the Spread of Nuclear Weapons, Countering Nuclear Terrorism: The NPT Review Conference and the Nuclear Security Summit” on April 21, 2010. Witnesses were:
