National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform Report: Co-Chairs' Draft Proposal, November 2010

The bipartisan National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility was created by President Obama to "address our nation's fiscal challenges. The Commission is charged with identifying policies to improve the fiscal situation in the medium term and to achieve fiscal sustainability over the long run."

On November 10, 2010, the commission's co-chairs, Erskine Bowles and Alan Simpson, released their draft proposal of spending changes.
