This week, President Barack Obama held a North American Summit with Canadian prime minister Stephen Harper and Mexican president Felipe Calderón. Next week, he will host Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff for a state visit, before they both travel to the Summit of the Americans in Cartagena, Colombia. Join CFR fellows Shannon K.
