Blair Effron is cofounder of Centerview Partners LLC, an independent investment banking and advisory firm. The firm provides advice on mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, valuation, and capital structure to companies, institutions, and governments. Since its founding in 2006, Centerview has advised on over $3 trillion in transactions and ranks among the most active firms globally in strategic advisory. The firm also has an investing business with $1 billion in investment capital for principal activity in the consumer and technology sectors. Effron serves on the boards of trustees of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New Visions for Public Schools, Partnership for New York City, and Princeton University. He also sits on the advisory board of the Hamilton Project, an economic policy initiative. Effron holds a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
