Mary McInnis Boies

Mary McInnis Boies is a lawyer as counsel to the private-practice firm Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, specializing in antitrust and corporate commercial litigation. Previously, Ms. Boies was founder and managing partner at Boies & McInnis LLP. She has served as vice president at CBS, general counsel of the U.S. Civil Aeronautics Board, assistant director of the White House domestic policy staff, and counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce. Ms. Boies founded and later sold MaryBoies Software, a publisher of children’s educational software.

Ms. Boies is vice chair of Business Executives for National Security and a member of the dean’s council of the Harvard Kennedy School and the board of directors of the EastWest Institute. Ms. Boies has served on the board of directors of MBNA Corporation and MBNA Bank, Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Center for International Studies, and the Air University board of visitors, which oversees  Air Force Institute of Technology, Air Force Research Institute, Air War College, National Security Space Institute, and School of Advanced Air and Space Studies.
