In an interview today on CFR.org, CFR Senior Fellow Thomas Bollyky discusses the environmental and development issues on the table at the Rio+20 Conference. Bollyky suggests that the conference’s ultimate legacy is uncertain, saying:

What this summit will be remembered for is for initiating the process of negotiating the sustainable development goals. It remains to be seen how significant that outcome is.
