Captain Gregory D. Case, U.S. Coast Guard, commanded Coast Guard Sector Saint Petersburg, where he led 2,700 people and twelve units directing Coast Guard operations along the west coast of Florida and Tampa Bay, which included antiterrorism activities and operations to check illegal immigration and the flow of illicit drugs. He also served at multiple staff and operational commands throughout the nation's ports and waterways.
