Kathy Huang is a research associate for Asia studies at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Before joining CFR, she interned at the Atlantic Council and the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations. She holds a bachelor's degree in government and East Asian studies from Wesleyan University.
