Caroline Hecht

Research Associate, Africa Policy

Caroline Hecht is a research associate for Africa Policy Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations. Before joining CFR, she worked as a researcher at the National Security Policy Center and a security analysis intern at the World Food Programme. She holds a BS in International Politics and African Studies and an MA in Security Studies, both from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
