Richard Wawzycki

Richard Wawzycki joined the Council on Foreign Relations in 2000, with over 25 years of experience in Information Technology. As Chief Technology Officer, he leads CFR’s Information Technology department, guiding the strategic direction and daily operations of the organization’s technology ecosystem. His responsibilities span enterprise applications, cloud services, network and server infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
