Annabel Richter

Research Associate, Southeast Asia and South Asia

Annabel Richter is a research associate for southeast Asia and south Asia at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Before joining CFR, she was a James C. Gaither Junior Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, working with the South Asia Program. She holds a bachelor's degree in global studies from the College of William & Mary.
