Turner Ruggi

Research Associate, U.S. Foreign Policy

Turner Ruggi is the research associate for U.S. foreign policy at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Before joining CFR, he was an intern at RAND Europe and the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS). He holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy, politics, and economics from the University of Oxford.
