Jan Mowder Hughes

Jan Hughes is vice president for human resources and administration at CFR. She oversees the organization’s talent development, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, and employee relations functions.  In addition, Ms. Hughes provides oversight of facilities, event, and security management for both the New York headquarters and the LEED® Gold-certified Washington, DC, building. Prior to CFR, she worked in human resources in advertising. Ms. Hughes holds a BA in art history from Rutgers University.
