Oscar Berry
Research Associate, U.S. Foreign Policy
Oscar Berry is a research associate for U.S. foreign policy at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Before joining CFR, he was deputy chief of strategy at the Harvard International Relations Council. He received his BA in history from Harvard University.
