Samuel Henry Lazarus

Sam Henry Lazarus is a geoeconomic analyst at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). His research focuses on U.S. national security and the intersection of markets and geopolitics. Prior to joining CFR, Lazarus founded a software company and served as CEO of the Georgetown University Alumni and Student Federal Credit Union. Lazarus is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, where he studied international politics and Mandarin.
