Nicole Lu

Nicole Lu is a research associate for climate and energy at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Before joining CFR, she previously was a research assistant at the University of Hong Kong and an intern at the U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce. She holds a BA in public policy and global studies from New York University.
