Rafaela Uzan

Research Associate, Europe Studies

Rafaela Uzan is a research associate for Europe studies at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Before joining CFR, she was a James C. Gaither Junior Fellow in the Europe Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. She has a BA in government and in German studies from Cornell University.
