A threat actor compromised computers associated with the South Korean Ministry of National Defense. In October 2017, South Korean officials confirmed that North Korea had exfiltrated over two hundred gigabytes of data from the defense ministry networks, including military plans the United States and South Korea would implement in the event of a war with North Korea.
