The Chinese group APT27 was detected launching attacks starting in 2021 against German companies. The attacks were primarily directed at technology and pharmaceutical firms. The group stole trade secrets and intellectual property and also aimed to use its access in certain companies to launch spear-phishing attacks against other targets.
