Captain Stacy Pedrozo was the 2010-2011 U.S. Navy fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).

Captain Pedrozo was most recently assigned to the Naval War College, where she taught the Joint Maritime Component Commanders Courses, Joint Military Operations courses, served as the legal advisor for Global Wargame 09, and assisted the College of Operational and Strategic Leadership in Maritime Operations Center assist and assess visits. Previously, she was the Fleet Judge Advocate, U.S. Pacific Fleet, and senior staff judge advocate for JTF-519.

Captain Pedrozo holds a BA from Wake Forest University, an MA from the Naval War College, and a JD from the University of Richmond.
