Lindsay sits down each week with two experts with different views on how the United States should handle its foreign policy challenges. This week, he discusses the relationship between the United States and Afghanistan with Carter Malkasian, former special assistant for strategy to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Barnett Rubin, senior fellow and associate director of the Afghanistan Pakistan Regional Program at New York University’s Center on International Cooperation.
